“ We stayed over the weekend from Friday 6th. The hotel seemed very busy so there was a delay checking in but didn't have to wait too long. Came for breakfast on Saturday morning and despite them being clearly understaffed the breakfast team went above and boyond for us. Would like to thank Ruth and the gentleman on shift (think it was Shaun?) for making us feel very welcome and starting us off on our day in the best way possible. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we visit Manchester ”

“ Called in to get some food before heading to the Eagles concert in the Co-op. The server, Lexi was absolutely lovely. She was so cheerful and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. “ Arrived late, as we'd got lost walking here. I've never been to Manchester before.. Greeted warmly, offered drinks and seated at a table under the Aircon. Great start! Brought drinks quickly and a big jug of water on request. Had time to cool down while we decided on meals. Allergies were accommodated without fuss. Our meals were beautifully presented. The pace was perfect and our server, Lexi, was very helpful in a highly professional manner. Desserts were lovely. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. Shame that the decor is rather tired and sticky: time for modernisation or new flooring. TableTable - you need to be recognising outstanding staff - Lexi was charming and easily offered us starters and desserts and coffees, and even found time to chat a little. Altogether a lovely evening before travelling home. ”
